PaystubWiz provides browser-based tools that generate payroll-style documents (pay stubs, W-2 and 1099 record copies, employment letters) from information you supply. Documents are rendered in your browser; we do not verify, store or see their contents.
By generating a document you attest that the information you entered is true and accurate and that the document is for lawful purposes: personal record-keeping, payroll documentation for your own business or employees, or reconstructing records whose true figures you know. You may not use this service to create documents containing false information, including for the purpose of obtaining housing, credit, loans, employment, benefits or anything of value. Doing so is document fraud under state and federal law, and you bear sole responsibility for it.
W-2 and 1099 documents produced here are record copies — they are not filings with the IRS or SSA, which must be made by employers/payers through official channels. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice; consult a professional for your situation.
Paid downloads are one-time purchases processed by PayPal. Each payment unlocks watermark-free downloads of the purchased document type for 24 hours on your device. If a technical fault prevents you from downloading after payment, contact us with your PayPal receipt for a fix or refund. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a successful download.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaystubWiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or documents generated with it.
We may refuse service, cancel orders or cooperate with lawful investigations where we suspect fraudulent use.
