Pay Stub Portals: How to Find Yours

Updated July 2026 · PaystubWiz Help Center

Almost nobody gets a paper pay stub anymore — your employer publishes them to a pay stub portal, and the trick is knowing which one and how to get in.

Find your portal in 30 seconds

Check any of these: the email you got your first payday, your offer paperwork, or simply ask a coworker or manager. Big employers run their own branded portals (Walmart's OneWalmart, Dollar General's DGME, USPS LiteBlue), while most other companies use a payroll provider — the big five being ADP, Workday, Paychex, Paylocity and Paycom. Your paycheck deposit description often names the provider.

Locked out?

Password resets need the email or phone on file — if those are stale, only your HR/payroll admin can reset you. Former employees usually lose portal access entirely and should request records in writing instead.

Keep your own copies

Download PDFs every few months. Portals change vendors, purge history and cut access the day you leave. If a stub is missing and you know the true figures, our generator rebuilds a clean records copy in minutes.
